Our Story
In 1992, Waterman Sales began in Ottawa with a few desks, a clear work ethic, and a belief that relationships matter. Founded by Fred Waterman, the company grew the same way many strong partnerships do: steadily, thoughtfully, and built on trust. Over time, those few desks turned into a permanent home. We’re still in the same building today, now fully owned and filled with a team whose experience, collaboration, and commitment define who we are.
While our roots are firmly commercial, our story has always been one of growth. As the needs of our clients evolved, so did we, expanding our expertise, broadening the markets we serve, and continually investing in the people behind the work.
